Wie synchronisiert man iCal und Google Kalender?

Da hier immer wieder Leute mit der Frage “Wie synchronisiert man iCal und Google Kalender?” aufschlagen, hier mal eine kleine Zusammenfassung.

  1. spanning sync: synchronisiert iCal und Adressbook mit dem Gmail Account. $25/Jahr oder 65$ ohne zeitliche Begrenzung. Meiner Meinung nach viel zu teuer.
  2. Google calaboration: synchronisiert iCal mit Google Kalender über das CalDAV Protokoll. kostenfrei
  3. Plaxo: synchronisiert iCal und Adressbook mit dem Gmail Account und div. anderen Diensten. kostenfrei
  4. Busy Sync: synchronisiert iCal mit Google Kalender. Kostet einmalig 25$ und ist mein Favorit.

    Also ich habe schon länger Spanning Sync im Einsatz, kann nicht klagen. Geht reibungslos und sehr genau im Hintergrund. Ich kann es empfehlen, der Preis ist aber ein berechtigtes Argument.

    Spanning Sync hatte ich auch mal im Einsatz (als das noch Beta war) und war auch sehr zufrieden damit, aber der Preis hat mich dann doch zu Busysync bewogen
